Ingredients

  • Garlic Cloves 3
  • Cayenne ¾ Tsp
  • Sesame Oil ½ Tbs
  • Peanut Butter Crunchy 1.5 Cups
  • Soy Sauce 2 Fl Oz
  • Rice Vinegar 3 Fl Oz
  • Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless 1.25 lbs
  • Water 65 Fl Oz
  • Frozen Peas or Vegetable Medly 7 Oz
  • Broccoli florets 1 cup
  • Ramen Chicken Flavor 3 Pkg
  • Bell Peppers Red 1.5
  • Green onions Bunch 1/2

Instructions

1. Mince garlic.

2. Whisk peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, crushed garlic, cayenne, ramen seasoning packets and sesame oil together in bowl. NOT the water!

3. Cube chicken.

4. Bring water to boil add chicken and cook until done.

5. Add broccoli and peas cook for 2 minutes.

6. Add noodles and peanut mixture cook 2 more minutes.

7. Cut bell pepper into thin strips add to mixture and cook 1.5 minutes.

8. Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
