Ingredients
- Junket Ice Cream Mix or other brand
- fruit (if you like)
- milk
- heavy whipping cream
- Ice
- rock salt
- lg can with lid (one for every person)
- small can with lid ( one for each person)
- duck tape
Instructions
Follow directions on Ice Cream Mix.
Pour 1 1/2 cups (or more until the can is about 2/3 full) mix in small can add fruit if you like. Seal lid on small can with duck tape (seal it good you don't want it to leak). Place small can inside of large can; pack layers of ice and salt around small can (fill to top). Seal lid on lg can with tape. Now the fun starts have the kids roll the cans around on the ground for 1/2 an hour or so to see if it's done pull out small can and shake of you hear it slopping around put it back in the lg can pack with ice and salt again
and roll some more. When it's frozen eat it.
