Ingredients
- 1 12oz can corn beef
- dried split yellow peas
- dried pearl barley
- couple of fresh carrots
- 4 or 5 fresh potatoes
- salt to taste
- garlic (optional)
Instructions
Leave the split peas and pearl barley to soak overnight, dice potatoes and carrots and add to the pan with the other ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 45 mins.
