Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Peppers
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Butter / Marg
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Make a foil pack (I use Heavy Duty Foil)
Place a piece of boneless skinless chicken breast in the pack, then add peppers, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and a tlb of butter / marg. Fold up leaving breathing room for chicken – cook 20 or until done on BBQ grill.
I pre pack these and take them camping – our entire meal is in one pack.
