Ingredients

  • 2 Navel oranges
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled

Instructions

Rinse oranges & slice in half, navel side out. Carefully cut the orange slices out & place aside.You should now have 4 empty orange cups. Mix eggs & milk together in bowl. Carefully pour the egg mixture into the orange cups & place over camp fire (on grill top for secure surface). Stir occasionally until eggs are cooked. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Let it melt & then top with crumbled bacon. Serve the oranges on the side & you have a great breakfast with no dishes to clean up!
