Ingredients

  • 2-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 6-8 Roma Tomatos
  • 1 can Olives (cut up)
  • Optional Broccoli Floweretts
  • 1 Can of greenbeans
  • 1-2 Cucumber
  • 1 Med. to Lrg. Bottle of your favorite Italian Dressing
  • Salt and Pepper (Optional)

Instructions

First get a Medium Serving Bowl. Open cans of olives and greenbeans, drain and pour into bowl.

Cut and dice vegetables into bite sizes, don't worry about the chicken yet, place in bowl.

Pour in the Italian dressing in and let marinade until your ready.

Can be made in advance, (without the chicken), for a better and deeper italian flavor, just keep cold. Next, dice up the chicken and then grill it up with or without your favorite seasoning. Don't overcook, cook only until the pink had disappeared. Scoop chicken into the bowl with the veggies. Mix, Serve and Enjoy.

You can eat as a main meal or a lite salad side.
