Ingredients
- white bread
- butter or margarine
- deli sliced corn beef (not canned)
- swiss cheese slices
- sauerkraut
- thousand island dressing
Instructions
Butter outsides of bread slices. Place bread in pie iron and layer with cheese, beef, sauerkraut, dressing and another slice of cheese. Place second bread slice butter side up on top. Place top on pie iron and grill in hot coals until nicely toasted and hot!!!!!
We've tried everything in pie irons believe me and this is one of the best.
