Ingredients
- 4 Italian Sausage Links (sweet or hot)
- 4 Potatoes (cubed)
- 2 Green Pepper (strips)
- 1 Large Onion (wedges)
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- Garlic
- Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Cut sausage into 1" pieces, add potatoes, green pepper, onion, garlic and Italian seasoning to taste. Make individual packets or one large foil bag. Cook 30 minutes over coals. This is a family favorite!
